If you have ever wanted to jump out of a plane here is your chance. Action for Children in Conflict is looking for adventurous volunteers to make a fundraising parachute jump. And if you raise enough in sponsorship you get to jump for free!

There are three types of jump available - an 'Accelerated FreeFall' where you can experience the thrill of skydiving solo from up to 12,000 feet, a 'Tandem Skydive' from 10,000 feet attached to a professional instructor and a 'Static Line' jump which is performed solo from up to 3,000 feet - and you can jump from any one of over twenty British Parachute Association approved airfields across the UK. No experience is necessary as all training is given and if you raise from £290 (depending on the type of jump you choose) you will receive your jump for free.

Go Whitewater Rafting for FREE!

If you have ever wanted to have a go at Whitewater rafting here is your chance to take part in a specially organised Whitewater rafting adventure. Teams of 6 to 8 people are required to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship for the charity and in return will get to raft for free. No experience is required as all training is given and you can take part at any one of five exhilarating Whitewater rafting courses across the UK.

Outward Bound Team Challenge

Zip wires, high ropes courses, and raft building - you could take part in all these exhilarating activities and more as part of a unique two-day residential adventure challenge being promoted by Action for Children in Conflict. We are currently looking for teams of eight people to take part in this nationwide Team Challenge that is taking place at purpose-built Outward Bound centre set in idyllic locations across the UK. Teams take on a variety of mental and physical challenges over a two-day period that is designed to promote teamwork within an enjoyable outdoor environment.

No previous experience is needed as all training is provided. What's more, if your team raises the minimum sponsorship level of £3,500 for the charity then all your team members get to take part for free!
